Issue notice to respondents. The learned Addl. G. P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 3. Mr. Karlekar, the learned advocate accepts notice for the respondent No. 2. 2.

In fact petitioners were required to more diligent and should have approached the Court earlier.

It is submitted that, the last date for submission of validity certificates for the students seeking admission in profession course pursuant to NEET is 12th July, 2019.

Considering the fact that, petitioners are students and desirous of taking admission for professional course, the respondent No. 3/Committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceedings in respect of caste/tribe claims of the petitioners by 10th July, 2019. The petitioners shall appear before the Committee tomorrow i. e. on 28.06.2019. The petitioners shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the validation proceedings.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
