In view of the order dated 22/06/2017 passed by this Court in Writ Petition no. 5812 of 2017 with connected Writ Petitions, the impugned order is quashed and set aside. Where there is a spelling mistake or otherwise, so long as the claimant is claiming to be of "egknso dksGh" Scheduled Tribe, the claim to be scrutinized and verified by the Scrutiny Committee on its merits and in accordance with law by following our order and direction.

We direct the Competent Authority to correct the spelling and issue corrected certificate, as expeditiously as possible and within ten (10) days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
