The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the proposal of the petitioner for verification of the caste claim is not accepted by the committee. The learned Advocate submits that after filing of the present petition the order is passed that the proposal is rejected upon physical scrutiny.

The learned A.G.P. appears for respondents no. 1 and 3.

It appears that the proposal is rejected on account of non-cooperation of the petitioner. 4.

The petitioner may submit online proposal and also in physical form. The committee shall scrutinise the proposal of the petitioner on it's own merits. The petitioner shall also cooperate in the same.

With the aforesaid observations, the petition is disposed of. No costs.
