The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is ready to deposit the entire amount of compensation awarded by the learned Member, MACT, Aurangabad in MACP No. 41 of 2017 by the judgment and award dated 9th December 2019. 2.

In view of aforesaid submission, the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award in MACP No. 41 of 2017 stands stayed till final disposal of the appeal subject to deposit of the entire amount of compensation along with interest accrued thereon till the date of deposit, within a period of three weeks from today.

In the event of failure on the part of the applicant to deposit the entire amount, within the aforesaid period, the respondent Nos. 1 to 3-Claimants would be at liberty to seek execution of the award before learned Tribunal.
