The applicants are seeking stay to the execution of impugned award dated 29-09-2018, passed by the learned 3rd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Osmanabad in LAR No. 5 of 2016.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicants fairly submitted that in connected matters the stay has been granted on depositing of entire amount. In view of above, the execution of impugned award is stayed subject to deposit of entire awarded amount within twelve weeks from today.
