Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. 2.

Upon considering the submissions advanced and taking note that the applicants are present and some of them are old aged persons, I am inclined to allow the application in terms of prayer clause 'A'. Non bailable

It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the applicants that on the previous date, appearance of Mr. V.R.Dhorde, learned counsel is not shown on the board and the name of the previous Advocate is shown. Registry is directed to record the name of Mr. V.R.Dhorde as the learned counsel for the applicants.

List the Appeal for final hearing as the Appeal is of the year 2003. The Appeal be included in the list of final hearing as per chronology.

The personal presence of all the applicants is dispensed with. One of the applicant amongst the applicants is directed to attend the Court.
