The learned counsel Ms. S. S. Tekale holding for Mr. S. G. Chapalgaonkar for respondent No.1 - Insurance Company seeks time to take instructions as to whether she can file appearance on behalf of the aforesaid Insurance Company, who is already served. Further the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are also served, but none appeared on their behalf.

Heard learned counsel for the applicants-original claimants. The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 62 days which appears to be caused due to their financial crisis.

The delay is merely of 62 days and considering the statutory right of the applicants, the same stands condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay, if the amount of compensation is enhanced. 4.

The appeal be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
