These are applications for condonation of 1624 days delay caused in filing of the appeals. Learned AGP submits that the delay is caused due to administrative difficulty and the procedure to be followed by the applicants.

In first appeals, issue notice to the respondents. Mr. Bavthankar, the learned counsel waives notice for the respondents/claimants in all the matters.
