By consent of the parties, we have taken up the Writ Petition for consideration.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the only prayer made in the Petition is as regards unpaid salary as a Shikshan Sevak from 12.06.2006 to 11.06.2009 at the rate of Rs.3,000/- per month and as an Assistant Teacher for the period

(( 2 )) 961-ca-834-2024 12.06.2009 to 01.05.2013, as per the scale of Rs.5200-20200 with grade pay of Rs.2800/-. A representation dated 30.04.2023 is with Respondent Nos. 2 and 3. He points out his representation dated 30.04.2023 at page No.55-56, wherein he has given an account of all his request letters from 30.04.2007 onwards. Though it is addressed to the management, copies are also supplied to Respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

In view of the above, we grant liberty to the Petitioner to tender a comprehensive/well reasoned representation to Respondent No.2, within 15 days. After receipt of the same, Respondent No.2 shall grant opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders, meticulously scrutinize the record necessary for taking a decision and pass a reasoned order within 60 days from the date of receipt of the application.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition as well as the Civil Application stand disposed off.
