The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent No.5 - Gram Panchayat to take decision on the application of the petitioner dated 13th September 2024.

This Court is informed that the respondent No.5 had directed the petitioner to undertake paper publication and that the said requirement is also satisfied.

In such a situation, it is open for the petitioner to approach respondent No.5 - Gram Panchayat for an expeditious decision on his application. For the said purpose, this Court cannot be expected to Shrikant Malani
