The learned counsel submits that the petitioner requires tribe certificate for the purpose of admission in Javahar Navodaya Vidyalaya. The application is not decided by respondent no.2. 2.

Considering the exigency, the respondent no.2 shall decide the application filed by the petitioner on 01.06.2019 for issuing tribe certificate on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period
