Now, learned Advocate is submitting the photo copy of the letter received to him from the petitioners stating that the Petition should be withdrawn as the compromise has been arrived at. The said letter is taken on record by marking it as Exhibit "X". Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are present before the Court.
