ORDER :- Heard learned counsel appearing for the appellants. Perused the impugned order passed by learned District Judge in the month of May2014. The appellant preferred the present appeal in the year 2015, and since then, present proceeding is pending without any further progress. The circumstances adumbrates that the applicants did not take any efforts to pursue the matter for grant of stay to the impugned order from this Court. Therefore, there is no propriety to deal with present matter after efflux of colossal period of 5 to 6 years. In such circumstances, the application deserves to be dismissed. 2.

Accordingly, Civil Application stands dismissed. No order as to costs.
