The learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners have filed an objection for apportionment of compensation amount. The same is pending with respondent no.2.

The land appears to have been acquired under the National Highways Act. The objections will have to dealt with under Section 3H(4) of the National Highways Act. The respondent no.2, if is authorized shall decide the objections filed by petitioners (Exhibit C, Page 38) on its own merits, in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties and expeditiously.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
