Mr. Dighe, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the year 2016 the petitioner has purchased the writ property by registered sale deed. However, the concerned Revenue Officer is not recording mutation entry. The learned counsel submits that time and again the petitioner has made representation to the concerned Collector, Sub Divisional Officer, Tahsildar and Talathi. As yet no steps are taken.

Mr. Jadhavar, learned counsel appears for all respondents and submits that petitioner can approach the committee.

In case, Revenue Authorities are not taking entry, then for such purpose the committee has been constituted under circular dated 13.02.2015. The petitioner may approach the said committee. The committee shall consider the grievance of petitioner within a period of three months from the date of application of the petitioner and issue direction to the Authorities as may be permissible in law.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
