It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Counsel appearing for the parties that in the aforesaid Appeals a compromise has been arrived at by the parties to the said appeals before the Lok Adalat held on 23rd January, 2016, and the aforesaid appeals are disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties. Copy of the order passed by the Lok Adalat on 23rd January, 2016, along with the consent terms is placed on record.
