1) Heard. It is brought to my notice that in the companion matters, this court has permitted the applicant/s to withdraw 75% of the amount on submitting an undertaking and balance 25% is directed to be invested in FDR.
2) In view of the submissions so made, following order is passed,
ORDER
i) The applicant/s in respective applications are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited by the acquiring body in this Court on
submitting an undertaking that in the event any adverse order is passed against them in the appeals, they will redeposit the amount within four months of passing sugh order;
ii) Balance 25% amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR) in any Nationalised Bank, initially for a period of two years and to be renewed if so required till disposal of the appeals.
iii) The civil applications for withdrawal of the amount are partly allowed and disposed of.
