Civil Application No. 9932/2016 is filed for granting permission to treat the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 as legal heirs respondent No. 1, who are already on record and so, there is no need of filing another application. The statement is accepted. The application is allowed. Respondent No. 1 is to be deleted as deceased and remaining respondents are to be treated as legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 1.
