Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this bail application, however, the learned counsel submits that the applicant is in jail in connection with the present crime since long and, necessary directions may be given to the trial court to dispose off the case expeditiously.

Bail application is disposed off as withdrawn. Trial court is hereby directed to dispose off the case, as expeditiously as possible within a reasonable time.
