The application is filed for fixing early date of final hearing of the appeal. The learned counsel for the applicant drew attention of this Court to the order made by this Court on 21.6.2016 in which liberty is given to both the sides to move the Court for early hearing of the matter. The learned counsel for applicant undertakes to inform the date, if any, given by this court to the other side. So, the application is allowed. The date is fixed as 11.8.2016.
