PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel submits that the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since the year 2009. The vigilance is conducted. The petitioner has filed reply to the vigilance report, however, it is not yet decided.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents and submits that the respondents would decide it in accordance with law.

In case, the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending, then respondent shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law,

(2) 69-wp-7936-2019 expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 15.07.2019.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
