28.06.2019 P.C. :- Mr. Thorat the learned counsel submits that the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending consideration with the scrutiny committee, however the petitioner requires original tribe certificate to be submitted to the AIIMS. The petitioner is seeking admission in AIIMS.

The learned counsel further submits that the petitioner does not mind if his proceedings for verification is not decided at present. 3.

Considering the request of the petitioner the committee shall issue the original tribe certificate to the petitioner by 01.07.2019. The same would be at the risk of the petitioner and it will not be open for the petitioner to make grievance that the validation proceeding is not decided. Civil

( 2 ) 915 ca 7295 application stands disposed of. In view of order passed in the civil application nothing survives in the writ petition also. Writ petition also stands disposed of.
