08.08.2019 P.C. :- The learned counsel submits that the petitioner is transferred at a difficult area. The petitioner is a feeding mother. The child is one year and seven months old. As per the communication dated 06.12.2017 the claim of the feeding mother has to be considered till two years of the age of the child. 2.

The petitioner has already approached the Chief Executive Officer by filing an application and making a grievance to that effect. The Chief Executive Officer shall consider the claim of the feeding mother/petitioner and take decision upon the said representation within fifteen days. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
