By this application, the prayer is made to set aside the abetment and to grant permission to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased Shantabai Gopalrao Dongave in place of the deceased appellant. Learned advocate appearing for the applicant submits that, the delay caused in filing this application is explained in paragraph nos.4 to 6 of the application.

Learned advocate appearing for the respondents opposed the prayers. However, considering the pleadings in paragraph nos.4 to 6 of the application and submissions advanced, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the order.
