The learned counsel for the Appellant / owner submits that inadvertently in the operative part of the order dated 1st March, 2017 in First Appeal No.2986 of 2015, instead of mentioning Rs.4,19,500/-, mentioned as Rs.4,90,500/-.

The learned counsel for the other side also accepts the same. In view of the same in clause (iii) of the operative part of the order dated 1st March, 2017 in First Appeal No.2986 of 2015, correction shall be carried out in the figure as Rs.4,19,500/- instead of Rs.4,90,500/- and also in words into the brackets.
