Heard Mr. Kasliwal, the learned counsel for the applicant. Prayer is made that respondent No. 3, be redirected to refund the amount claimed in excess as detailed in the present civil application.

The writ petition is already disposed of by this Court vide order dated 17th January, 2012. The Superintendent has passed the order. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order the remedy to the petitioner is to assail the said order. The said relief claimed can not be granted in the present civil application. The
