The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is admitted in Four Years Engineering Course. The validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since 11th February, 2014. The same is not yet decided. The learned Counsel further submits that the father of the petitioner and the real brother of the petitioner have been issued validity certificates of 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe. 2.

Considering the fact that the validation proceeding is still pending, we pass the following order :- (i) The Respondent-Committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of

(ii) The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 25th February, 2019 and shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the said proceeding.

(iii) The respondent No. 2 shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending.

(iv) The respondent Nos. 1 and 2 can take further course of action depending upon the Judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in validation proceeding.
