This writ petition takes exception to the judgment and order dated 1st April, 2015, passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Aurangabad. The petition further seeks direction to the respondents to disburse the salary of the petitioner from the month of July, 2011, till the date of superannuation with interest at the rate of 18 per cent per annum with all consequential benefits.

Upon hearing the Counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.P. appearing for the State, and upon perusal of the reasons assigned by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal in the impugned judgment, we do not find any reason to interfere in the said judgment and order, since same is in consonance with the material placed on record. However, the Counsel for the petitioner is right in his submission that, the respondents have not disbursed the salary of the period from the month of July, 2011 till the date of his superannuation / retirement.
