Learned counsel for the applicant states that the legal representatives of deceased respondents no.1 and 2 have been served pursuant to notice dated 19th August 2016. They were served before the matter was circulated by her.

There is no appearance caused on behalf of legal representatives.

Learned counsel further states that the deaths of respondents no.1 and 2 came to be known only after notices of restoration application were received back with remarks to said effect. Thereafter, immediately this civil application has been moved. These submissions on behalf of the applicant go uncontroverted by legal representatives of respondents no. 1 and 2.

In view of aforesaid, I deem it expedient to grant the application. Legal representatives of respondents no. 1 and 2 be accordingly brought on record in the restoration application. 5.

Civil application stands disposed of.
