No. 57/2016 out of which the present application is arising itself is disposed off by the learned Trial Court by order dated 29.04.2017. Other proceeding bearing Criminal Misc. Application No. 359/2012 pending before the learned J.M.F.C. is also disposed off as per the case status by order dated 15.05.2014.
