Reading of the papers would prima facie show that the trap was successful and in presence of the panch witnesses, according to the evidence on record, the bribe was accepted. In that view of the matter, since arguable case is made out, without making any comment on merit of the case, leave to file appeal is hereby granted. Office to register the appeal as per due procedure of law. Present application accordingly stands allowed and disposed of.
