The caste claim of the Petitioner has been invalidated. He has filed a Writ Petition which is pending admission. In the meanwhile, the Petitioner has been terminated from service. He desires to bring the subsequent event of his termination, on record through the amendment. 2.

The learned AGP has vehemently opposed the Civil Application.

Considering the above, this Civil Application is allowed.
