Mr. Awate, learned advocate appearing for the Applicants invites attention of this Court to the reasons as stated in paragraph Nos. 4 and 5 of the Application which contends that the delay caused in filing appeal is unintentional. 3.

Considering submissions advanced and reasons as stated in paragraph Nos.4 & 5, sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay. Hence, following order:
