It appears that the special case under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act has received the charge sheet on 19.06.2019 and the case has been numbered as Special Case No. 52/2019. It appears now that the warrant has been issued against the petitioner.

Under such circumstance, this is not a fit case where we should exercise out inherent powers under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code. 4.

Application stands dismissed.
