This petition is filed by an Association of the Maharashtra State Food Grain Stationary and Civil Contractors, through it's President. We are informed that, none of the members of this Association have ESIC registration. Some may be having P.F. registration. They have been taking up contracts on local basis and self help groups 2.

Having considered the above fact situation and the prayers put forth, we expressed our disinclination.
