Miss Mahajan, the learned advocate for petitioners submits that, son of the petitioner No. 1 is appointed as Junior Clerk and it is represented by the management that the proposal of the petitioner No. 2 for approval of his appointment as Junior Clerk is also forwarded to the Education Officer. The learned counsel further submits that, Swapnil Ganesh Patil is now appointed as Assistant Teacher.

Mr. Gore, the learned advocate for the management

2 wp 6869.16 submits that, the son of the petitioner No. 1 Mr. Chandrashekhar Vikas Patil is appointed as Junior Clerk and the proposal has been forwarded to the Education Officer seeking approval and the same is pending.

The grievance of petitioners as raised in the present petition stands redressed. The Education Officer shall decide the proposal forwarded by the management seeking approval to his appointment as Junior Clerk expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today. The writ petition accordingly is disposed of. No costs.
