The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the institution has forwarded the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Lab Assistant in the year 2012 and thereafter for continuation in the year 2015 (page Nos. 20 and 24). The same are not decided.

The learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and submits that, in case proposal is pending, then the authority would decide the same in accordance with law and policy.

In case proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Lab Assistant (page Nos. 20 and 24) is pending with the respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2 shall decide the same in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
