The Petitioner is not to be blamed if the Scrutiny Committee is yet to scrutinize and verify his claim.

On account of a large pendency of the matters before the Scrutiny Committees, but not to prejudice the Petitioner, in the facts peculiar to this case, we direct that the Petitioner be allowed to continue his studies, appear for the examination and all his results be declared by treating him as a bonafide student of Respondent No.3/ College affiliated to Respondent No.4/ University. The Petitioner shall not claim any equities. The Scrutiny Committee is directed to expedite the proceedings before it and conclude them as early as possible.
