1] It is informed that the deceased petitioner was permitted under the orders of the Court to withdraw the amount. However, before he could actually withdraw the amount, he passed away. As such, the instant civil application is presented by the L.Rs. of deceased

CA 9396/16 in CP 592/15 in WP 7739/08 - 2 - petitioner.

2] There shall be no legal impediment to permit the L.Rs. of deceased petitioner for withdrawal of the amount. As such, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) and disposed of.
