The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that, the Petitioner desires to approach the Commissioner of the Ahmednagar Municipal Corporation, or, if advised, file a civil suit or a counter in the pending Regular Civil Suit No.357/2019, in which, the learned Trial Court has passed an order dated 04/01/2020 below Exhibit 5, issuing an injunction against the Petitioner.
