Read the communication. It appears that till this date the prosecution has examined 10 witnesses out of 67 witnesses. Learned Judge has informed that he is giving priority to the hearing of the case. However, the dates of learned Special Public Prosecutor are not available as he has been appointed in number of other cases throughout the State of Maharashtra. 2.

In view of above, extension of time for nine months is granted to the learned Judge to dispose of the Sessions case No. 112 of 2018. Inform the learned Judge accordingly.
