Mr. Thombre, learned counsel for petitioners contends that the petitioners in all these writ petitions were appointed as Centre Head prior to 10/06/2014. In view of Govt. Resolution dated 16/02/2018 more particularly clause 1.1, their promotions were protected.

We have also heard learned A.G.P. and learned counsel for Zilla Parishad.

Respondent No. 3 - Divisional Commissioner shall reconsider the case of the petitioners and consider Govt. Resolution dated 16/02/2018 on its own merits preferably within a period of four months from the date of appearance of the petitioners before the

2 24 WP 8370.2018 Commissioner. The petitioners shall appear before the Divisional Commissioner on 20/03/2019.

While considering the case of the petitioners, the earlier order passed by the Commissioner would not be an impediment. 5.
