The petitioner desires to challenge the communications dated 16.08.1999 and 20.04.2001 by preferring this Writ Petition filed on 14.07.2022. A spacious plea is taken that the petitioner was not aware of these communications which are with regard to the rejection of the petitioner's request to start a Secondary School.

Considering the above and the passage of almost 23 years, we are not entertaining this petition. The same is dismissed.

Needless to state, if the petitioner desires to move a fresh proposal subject to the
