Heard. For the reasons stated in the civil application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" "C" and "D". The delay occurred in presenting present civil application stands condoned. The conditional order dated 10th June, 2016 passed by this court is recalled. The applicants-original petitioners shall comply with objections within two weeks from today.
