The learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this petition so as to approach the Tahsildar. He submits that, the petitioner is willing to deposit a portion of the fine amount, so as to seek release of his Tractor bearing No. MH-394751. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, with liberty as is prayed for.
