The petitioner claims to be an employee of respondent No.1 Management with the respondent No.2 College. Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are private entities. Respondent No.3 is another employee. Grievance is that the petitioner has been terminated. 2.

We cannot exercise our writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India in a dispute exclusively between all private parties, who have been arrayed as respondents in this petition. 3.
