It is submitted that, the petitioner has filed Appeal against the order of disqualification passed by respondent no.2 before respondent no.1. The said Appeal is filed in January 2021.

The learned counsel submits that, as per the Statute Appeal is to be decided within one month. Though, seven months have lapsed, the Appeal is not yet decided.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents.

In case, Appeal is pending with respondent no.1, then respondent no.1 may endeavour to decide the said Appeal on its own merits, after hearing

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
