Mr. Koralkar learned counsel for the appellants submits that connected appeals arising out of the same acquisition proceedings have been dismissed by this Court initially vide order dated 21st July, 2015 and another group of first appeals has been dismissed vide order 1/2

1123.doc dated 30th September, 2015.

Mr. Patil, the learned counsel for the appellants, after going through the said orders, affirms the said fact.

In the light of above, for the reasons stated in the order 21st July, 2015 in First Appeal Stamp No. 32186 of 2014 with other connected first appeals, and order dated 30th September, 20015 in First Appeal No.2521 of 2015 with other connected appeals, the present first appeals also stand dismissed, however with no order as to costs.
