The State of Maharashtra and another) (co-accused in connection with the present crime) has granted bail. Learned counsel thus seeks leave to withdraw this application, with liberty to the applicant to fle an application before the trial court under the change in the circumstances that this Court by order dated 13.12.2021 granted bail in Bail application No.774 of 2021 to co-accused Viay Toradkar. aaa/-

Bail Application is hereby disposed off as withdrawn, with liberty to the applicant to fle an application for regular bail before the trial court under the change in circumstance, as claimed, and it is for the trial court to consider the said application on its merits. 4.

Since Smt. Reddy is appointed to represent the cause of respondent no.2, I quantify her legal fees and expenses to the tune of Rs.2,000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) to be paid by the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Aurangabad.
