Heard. This Petition can be disposed of

wp8047.16 by issuing directions to Respondent No.1 Scrutiny Committee to take decision on the tribe certificate verification claim of the Petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within FOUR MONTHS from today and it is accordingly directed.

The Petitioner undertakes to co-operate with the Scrutiny Committee in expeditious disposal of the tribe certificate verification claim. The Respondent No.2 District Collector, Pune is directed not to take any coercive action against the Petitioner on the ground of her failure to submit validation certificate.

3.

With the above directions, Writ Petition stands disposed of.
